But the festivities won’t end there, as the German restaurant dials up the fun in the lead-up to Oktoberfest.
The Bavarian is located outside Highpoint Shopping Centre on Level 1 at The Junction. Diners can expect special set menus, five limited-edition Oktoberfest beers, fun foodie challenges and group packages until September 27.
It can accommodate up to 500, including a 100-seat al fresco area.
Classic Bavarian dishes such as sausages, schnitzels, pretzels and pork belly, as well as a range of imported and local craft beers will be on the menu.
“We’re thrilled to be opening just in time for Oktoberfest and to be bringing a one-of-a-kind dining experience to north west Melbourne,” Rockpool Dining Group chief executive Thomas Pash said.
