A grass fire in Melbourne’s northwest is now under control.
Multiple crews attended the scene in Taylors Lakes on Tuesday, with the fire reportedly moving closer to nearby houses.
Residents in the area reported seeing a large amount of smoke behind Rowell Place.
Fire Rescue Victoria urged residents in the area and surrounding suburbs to stay informed and updated as the situation changes during the afternoon.
