Lujic, a former Young Socceroo, arrives at Jack Edwards Reserve to be reunited with manager Chris Taylor, under whom he spent time at South Melbourne.
The striker has won the VPL/NPL golden boot four times and has scored more than 90 career goals in his 100+ games.
Lujic said he was excited to be reunited with Taylor at Oakleigh.
“The club has good aspirations to win the title and hopefully we can win it this year,” he said. “The only reason why I came was to win a trophy and it’s good to be back with CT. I know he’s a winner and so am I so, hopefully, we can combine to win the championship for the first time at Oakleigh.
“I’ve won three titles, but I’m always keen for more and it’s the main reason why I came to the club. I looked at my options and Oakleigh was the best equipped to win a championship. I’ve come across to help out CT and a championship is my main goal.
“With the team we have now, and the squad CT is assembling, I’d expect us to be fighting on all fronts to be honest.
“From the FFA Cup to NPL, hopefully we can get a good cup run, expose some of our better players and get some big crowds at Jack Edwards Reserve again.”
28-year-old Foschini is a familiar face at Jack Edwards Reserve, having experience at the club as a junior and in 2015.
Foschini has more than 50 games of A-League experience to his name with Melbourne Victory as well as an NPLV championship on his CV.
“Oakleigh Cannons FC is a very homely environment, I’ve been there when I was young and also in my mid-20s as well,” Foschini said.
“There are a lot of familiar faces around the club and it was really good to see them yesterday to say G’day and catch up with them.
“A lot of the older fans know my dad and my family, so it’s a good environment to be in to be honest.”
Foschini said he was keen to achieve big things with Oakleigh.
“The club deserves silverware and some success, hopefully we can deliver that later in the year and maybe go on a magic cup run to top it all off,” he said.
“We have to put in the hard work in the pre-season first and foremost and not get carried away with ourselves.
“There a lot of good teams in this league all vying for the same thing, so we need to make sure we’re at our best and we put in our hard work during the pre-season and that we take that into the year.”
