Greensborough has come from behind to secure a thrilling 2-all draw with Footscray on Sunday.

Gordon Zull was the hero for the home side striking in the second and third terms to give his side a share of the spoils.

Footscray had opened the scoring through Liam Braithwaite after just four minutes to take the early momentum in the match.

Campbell Ashton gave his side a two-goal buffer midway through the second only for Zull to score his first goal moments later.

A dominant second half has seen Foostcray continue their winning ways against Greensborough.

Carly James scored two goals in a matter of minutes, first from a penalty corner than a penalty stroke to put the game beyond doubt in the last quarter.

The visitors opened the scoring through Monica Singh in the first quarter before Courtney Rudd levelled the game in the second.

Singh’s second put the away side ahead minutes into the second half.
