Two from two for Kew.
A 10-wicket win over Balwyn on Saturday was the perfect start to the VSDCA’s double-header and a 48-run win over Croydon followed on Sunday.
Kew remains undefeated after four rounds and sits on top of the North-East group ladder, ahead of Strathmore on run-rate.
However, Weeks said his team still had areas to work on.
“It was good day (on Saturday) but there’s still a few aspects of our game we can improve on,” he said.
“We’ve got a few different faces in our side this year but everyone has contributed at some point in the first three games.
“There was 12 points up for grabs this weekend, if you split them or lose both then you’re really behind the eight ball.
“It was a big focus for us to finish the weekend off and get another win (on Sunday) and put ourselves in a good position at the end of the year.”
Kew was at its brutal best against Balwyn.
Tom Chalkey and Will Sist both claimed 3-27 as the Tigers were dismissed for 150.
Weeks and fellow opener Matt Brown then made short work of the chase, sealing the win inside 21 overs.
Weeks’ 59 not out was his third straight half-century, while Brown hit an unbeaten 85 off just 63 balls, blasting 14 boundaries and a pair of sixes.
“I’m going alright, it’s always good to get some runs and win,” Weeks said.
“Personally, I don’t care who gets the runs as long as we win, so it was good to see Browny in some serious touch (on Saturday).
“We didn’t really speak about (winning by 10 wickets).
“I was just saying when we got into a reasonable position it can go one of two ways, you can get 30, get out and give someone else an opportunity or you can really cash in.
“That’s the sign of good players, someone like Rummo (Graeme Rummans) was someone like that, he never gave someone else a look in.”
Sunday proved a more difficult task with Croydon riding high following a 96-run trashing of Box Hill the day before.
The top order of Weeks, Brown and Andrew Chalkley failed to fire before John Hastings (50) and David Wildsmith (43) rescued the innings with a 82-run fourth-wicket stand.
Defending 182, the home team made quick inroads with the ball, ripping out openers William Pleming (duck) and Riley Paterson (six).
Daniel Ivanovic (36) and Cockies captain Steven Wright (32) put up a fight but to no avail, the visitors bowled out for 134.
Hastings backed up his heroics with the bat, taking 3-16, while young spinner Jack Carroll finished with figures of 3-22.

Balwyn and Croydon were undefeated coming into the weekend but Weeks said that played no part in Kew’s preparation.
“We’re really focus on what we do, we’ve got a number of aspects we’re working on,” he said.
“We know if we tick off our KPI’s off then we’ll be there or thereabouts … for us, it’s about enjoying playing cricket and trying to fulfil our role.”
Kew will look to keep its winning start to the season going when it travels to Mt Waverley on Saturday, the Eagles coming off an upset win over Brunswick on Sunday.
