Cricket Victoria Women’s Premier Under-18s: The top performers

The grand finalists for the Cricket Victoria Women’s Premier Under-18 competition has been decided after five thrilling rounds. See which players impressed most.

The round-robin phase of the Cricket Victoria Women’s Premier Under-18 competition has reached its conclusion.

Last Thursday marked the end of the group stage with Carlton and Melbourne earning a place in the grand final on Monday, March 11 after finishing in the top two positions on the ladder during the competition.

Carlton did not drop a game while Melbourne edged out Box Hill on net run rate to book their place.

Throughout the competition, there were a series of standout individuals.

Box Hill Sarnsiree Plant, also known as Sunny, finished as the leading run scorer with a whopping 343 runs at an average of 171.5

Meanwhike, Prahran’s Madeline Waring was the leading wicket taker with nine.
