Richmond Football Club memorabilia allegedly stolen from a Chadstone home

It has been an end to the season a Richmond fan would like to forget, after precious memorabilia worth thousands of dollars was allegedly stolen from their Chadstone home.

A Richmond fan from Chadstone has had a horror couple of weeks, after their home was allegedly burgled twice and their beloved team lost in a narrow final on Thursday night.

It is alleged the house on Margot St was burgled two times while it was unoccupied, on August 14 and 22, with football memorabilia worth about $6,000, jewellery and tools stolen.

Framed Tigers guernsey, cards, photos, flags as well as jewellery and tools were allegedly taken from the home.

The estimated value of all the items is more than $23,000.
