Others have breached community corrections orders multiple times, or thumbed their nose at the justice system by not turning up at court to face their crime or do their time.
Detective Senior-Sergeant Miro Majstorovic said all of them should be considered potentially dangerous.
“We also ask that you do not approach any of these people,” he said.
Of the 10, two have been linked to extremely violent behaviour.
Paul Wardle is wanted on reckless conduct endangering life charges, while Dwayne Holman has six warrants out for reckless conduct endangering life, burglary and contravening personal safety orders offences.
Four others are accused of breaching a community corrections order, meaning they have faced court and are avoiding punishment.
Several also have multiple failing-to-appear warrants hanging over them.
Anyone with information on a wanted person should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
