McGraw also told the court a friend had given him a list of recommended lawyers who could represent him.
“Well you’re going to the County Court Mr McGraw, you’ll have plenty of time to find a lawyer there,” Magistrate Guillaume Bailin said.
McGraw claimed his Legal Aid contact only had to “right-click” to open the files in PDF.
“I’m not interested in why Legal Aid won’t represent you Mr McGraw, I just want to know if you have contacted any lawyers,” Magistrate Guillaume Bailin said.
McGraw then rambled about another person charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of meth when asked if he wanted to address a media application.
McGraw opposed the application because of his “business”.
