Man allegedly robs Carrum Downs supermarket with a firearm, gets away with cash

A man who allegedly robbed a Carrum Downs supermarket and threatened a worker with a firearm, is on the run from the cops.

A man is still at large after allegedly robbing a Carrum Downs supermarket at gunpoint.

The man was seen loitering outside the Frankston-Dandenong Rd store before he approached a worker, handed him a bag and allegedly demanded he fill it with cash.

The worker obliged before the alleged offender ran from the supermarket with the bag of cash in 2020.

Police are asking for assistance in tracking down the crim who is described as caucasian and aged in his 20s.

He was wearing a black face mask and an orange high-vis top.
