A tragic incident unfolded at the Woolworths in Koo Wee Rup on Monday.
Emergency services were called to Station St in Koo Wee Rup following reports of a man, believed to be in his 60s, threatening to take his own life.
Victoria Police confirmed a man was threatening self-harm at Woolworths about 2.30pm, August 1.
Paramedics assessed the man for upper body injuries, his condition is unknown at this time.
