Man injured after ladder fall at Dandenong South Aussie Disposals on South Gippsland Highway
A man has been rushed to hospital after falling off a ladder at a shop in Melbourne’s southeast, with a firefighter telling the Leader a “strike to the head” knocked him unconscious.

A man with blood on his face has been rushed to hospital after falling from a ladder at Aussie Disposals in Dandenong South.
Leader understands the man slipped and fell while working on the shop building’s roof about before 9.30am on the South Gippsland Highway.
Emergency workers were on the scene working to help the man, who was taken to hospital in an ambulance.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said paramedics were called to the scene just after 9.30am She said the man has been taken to The Alfred hospital.
Fire Rescue Victoria senior station officer Glen Bosua told Leader the man was unconscious for a period of time.
“He’s has a strike to the head, so we want him checked to make sure there’s no injuries,” he said.
