A biting burglar who was locked up for a hickey assault on a sleeping woman has threatened to defecate outside a Hungry Jacks store when employees wouldn’t let him inside after hours.

Lang Kouth, 29, pleaded guilty in the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on March 26 to charges including two counts of assaulting a police officer, one count of aggravated burglary and multiple counts of assault with weapon.

The court heard Kouth had been involved in a violent brawl outside a Chapel St kebab shop in November 2023, where he punched and headbutted two cops who were trying to break up the fight.

Kouth had another violent outburst in April 2024, when he punched a builder in the face for “smiling at him”.

Rounding out his “unhinged” offending in June last year, he tried to break into a Dandenong property before continuing his reign of terror at a fast-food restaurant.

A drug-affected Kouth spouted a tirade of vile abuse from outside the home at 1am on June 3, before he broke into the property through a back door, forcing the terrified residents to hide in their bedroom.

He left a short time later and went to Keysborough Hungry Jacks, where he abused staff when they refused him entry to the closed store.

He repeatedly bashed his fists against the doors and windows of the store while shouting “I’ll sh-t right here”.

Kouth eventually forced his way through the drive-through window where he set about removing tills and breaking cables from computers.

After trying to commit another aggravated burglary, Kouth terrorised Hungry Jacks staff members.

In court on Wednesday, Kouth’s lawyer Nikhil Sood said his client was “clearly unhinged” during the offending.

Mr Sood said after spending time on remand where he “had time to reflect”, Kouth was “remorseful for his actions”.

“This is not a good reflection on Mr Kouth,” he said.

“When he’s intoxicated or on drugs, his offending has involved assaults to the public, to police and bizarre behaviour.

“He was not in his right state of mind.”

The court heard Kouth had previously spent time behind bars after he sexually assaulted a young Cranbourne North mother in 2016.

After a drunken night out, he broke into the unsuspecting woman’s home through an unlocked door, and while she slept next to her partner and baby, he “aggressively kissed her lips, neck and face”.

The victim woke up “in panic, disgusted and terrified” as he continued to kiss, bite and rub himself against her.

He spent four years in jail for the assault.

On Wednesday, Magistrate Ross Maxted sentenced Kouth to serve two years behind bars, with 248 days as time served and a non-parole period of one year.

Kouth was also fined $500 with conviction.
