A Melbourne photographer accused of rape has been charged with sexually violating a child and procuring a child to produce child pornography.

Cadman Rossignoli, 28, fronted Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday charged with 28 offences including sexual penetration of a child under 16 and rape.

Rossignoli allegedly offended multiple times at Frankston North, Mt Eliza and Frankston South between January 2012 and December 2013.

It’s alleged Rossignoli, who was charged in April this year, sexually penetrated a child multiple times.

Rossignoli also allegedly raped a female at Frankston North between June 2012 and September 2013.

Police alleged Rossignoli inserted his penis into a female’s anus without her consent.

It’s also alleged Rossignoli produced child pornography, sent indecent communication to a child under 16 and used a carriage service to procured a child for sexual activity.

Rossignoli allegedly procured a child to produce child pornography.

According to charges brought on by the Frankston Sexual Offences & Child Abuse Investigation Team, the alleged child pornography depicted a minor under 18 years in an “indecent sexual manner”.

Rossignoli, of Frankston, also allegedly wilfully committed an indecent act with a child multiple times.

Rossignoli, who claims via social media to be a photographer, will face court at a later date.
