Jeanelle Saunders, 34, appeared in the Frankston Magistrates Court’ on Tuesday where she was facing charges including drug driving and burglary.

In February 2020, Ms Saunders was allegedly involved in a burglary in Doveton where she stole a safe, designer sunglasses and an Iphone which contained passwords to the man’s accounts, including bank details.

On the same day as the burglary, four separate transactions were allegedly made totalling in excess of $20,000, transferring money out of the victims account into accounts owned by Ms Saunders.

A few months later, she allegedly tried to transfer $9000 but they were blocked and cancelled.

A drug test also indicated Ms Saunders had allegedly been driving with meth in her system.

On another occasion Ms Saunders allegedly failed to stop when police tried to pull her over for driving without a licence.

In September 2022 Ms Saunders was allegedly involved in a fight between a group of men at the Grand Hotel in Mornington.

After yelling at the men, she allegedly grabbed one of the men’s phones and wallet from a car and threw them onto the ground, smashing the phone beyond repair.
