A man was allegedly more than double the blood alcohol limit when he crashed into two parked cars and got into a fight in Melbourne’s southeast.

The incident took place in Leak Ave near Boonwurrung Rd in Cranbourne East about 11.30pm on Saturday.

It was originally believed a car had crashed into a house on the street.

Police responded to reports of people fighting at the scene and noticed a car had crashed into two parked cars on arrival.

Officers breath-tested the driver of the car and he returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.12.

No one was believed to be injured in the fight, and the male driver, whose age and suburb is unknown, is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving.
