Victoria Police: Caulfield police arrest two men over alleged drug trafficking

A Frankston man and a Mulgrave man have been arrested for allegedly trafficking cocaine after a series of raids across Melbourne.

Victoria Police have made three arrests across Melbourne’s south east on Friday for drug trafficking and other offences.

In a media release, police said that 2kg of cocaine was seized from an address in Frankston, in addition to $20,000 in cash and illicit drugs.

In total, the Caulfield Divisional Response Unit made three arrests and executed search warrants in Frankston, Mulgrave Dingley Village and Prahran.

A 24-year-old Frankston man and a 25-year-old Mulgrave man were charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of drugs.

A 23-year-old woman from Mulgrave was charged with drug possession.

The Frankston man has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in an out of session court session today.

The Mulgrave man has been bailed and will appear at the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on September 28, while the Mulgrave woman was bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on September 28.
