Is this the ultimate way to watch a game of footy?
A former player has created a custom-made seating area, complete with three tiers of couches on the back of a trailer.
The brainchild of former Wantirna South Football Club player Dean Papa generated lots of buzz at the Wantirna South versus Knox game last Saturday.

Wantirna South Senior Football Club president Steve Draper said Papa came up with the idea over summer.
“He off his own bat must have had a brain wave over summer and thought ‘Wouldn’t that be fun’ so he and a mate put together a trailer that he drives into the ground and it unpacks and unfolds,” Mr Draper said.
“It has three tiers of couches, a bench, and stools attached to the floor.
“To get to the top of the couches you have to climb on the heads of the blokes below you
but young blokes in their early 20s don’t seem to care about that stuff.”
Mr Draper said the view was amazing from the top couch.
“I got there early and tried it out and it’s a great view once you’re elevated.”
He said everyone in the crowd wanted the chance to sit on the seats, and the players were so appreciative of the noise coming from spectators using it, they came over and gave them a clap after the game.
“It was a good fun community day,” Mr Draper said.
“I think it’s what local footy is all about.”
He said Papa plans to drive the trailer to all of Wantirna South’s home games this year at their ground in Tyner Rd.
