Two pork platters have been added to the menu at Munich Brauhaus and The Bavarian.
The platters feature a selection of classic pork cuts and barbecue flavours, with traditional side dishes and house-made sauces. The classic pork platter, which costs $35 per person, has a hefty pork knuckle as the centrepiece.
It also features slices of crackling and smoked pork belly and chargrilled Nurnberger pork sausage.
Pork-belly bao buns are topped with house-made barbecue sauce and cabbage slaw.
The BBQ pork platter is inspired by classic, southern-American flavours, and includes spiced, pulled pork, pork ribs, and smoked pork belly.

The platter also has grilled corn, soft pretzel buns, cabbage salad and traditional Bavarian pickles.
Munich Brauhaus at South Wharf and The Bavarian restaurants at Knox and Highpoint are also now offering complimentary ‘Royal Snacks’ during happy hour from 4pm to 6pm daily.
Guests who purchase a selected drink can choose from mini sausage rolls, Texan sloppy fries and Cajun popcorn chicken.
The Bavarian Food & Beverage director Rebecca O’Shea said the snacks were made in-house daily and they expected them to be a big hit.
