Mooroolbark autistic teen Yasmina Sims missing, police and family concerned for safety

A Mooroolbark teen with autism is missing having has climbed out her window in her pyjamas.
This is the second time Yasmina Sims has disappeared and police are concerned for her welfare because she requires a high level of support.
The 19-year-old was last seen at an address on Bridges Ave about 8.30pm on Thursday.
Victoria Police media officer Leonie Johnson said it was believed Yasmina climbed out her bedroom window sometime between 8.30pm last night and 7am on Friday.
Leader previously reported the teen was missing for almost 24 hours on July 15 but was found at a Montrose reserve.
She is described as having a thin build, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.
Ms Johnson said police believe Yasmina left the house wearing only pyjamas and a grey jumper that is not suitable for the cold, wet weather conditions.
