A model who allegedly drove off the road in an inner Melbourne suburb has had all stalking allegations against her dropped.

Savannah McKay, 27, had the charges dropped against her in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on December 6.

The court heard Ms McKay, who was recently found guilty of drug-related offending, was to have all the stalking charges she was facing dropped.

She had been charged for stalking between November and December 2020.

Ms McKay still has unresolved matters relating to an incident where she allegedly ploughed into various tram posts, a council bin and tram seating in Abbotsford on February 9, 2022.

It is alleged Ms McKay refused a blood sample at St Vincent’s Hospital in Fitzroy after the alleged crash.

Ms McKay was a P-plater at the time and was allegedly not displaying ‘P’ plates.

She claimed to police she hit an animal, which led to the crash, documents reveal.

The court heard Ms McKay intends to plead guilty to the remaining charges.
