Marysville crime: BMW allegedly rams car and runs into ditch on Hill St

A pair in a BMW have been arrested after allegedly ramming a police car in Marysville. It was what happened after that got the pair stuck.

A BMW swerved into a ditch and became bogged after allegedly ramming a police car in Marysville.

Officers were patrolling in Hill Ave when they tried to stop the sedan about 11pm on Wednesday, September 17.

Victoria Police Senior Constable Adam West said the BMW driver allegedly deliberately drove into the police car before becoming bogged in a garden bed.

Sen-Constable West said the driver, a 37-year-old man, and passenger, a 22-year-old woman were arrested.

The pair are helping with police inquiries.
