A motorcyclist has died after he collided with a truck in Kangaroo Ground on Thursday night.
The 55-year-old Mont Albert man was riding along Eltham-Yarra Glen Rd at 6.30pm when he collided with a truck.
He died at the scene.
The truck driver was not injured and stopped at the scene to render assistance.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined by police and investigations remain ongoing.
The motorcyclist was the 252nd person to lose their life on Victorian roads this year.
