Police hunt for offender on Coburg car stealing spree
Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole a car and attempted to take more from a home in Coburg late at night.

A Coburg home was targeted by a man on an alleged car stealing spree, who visited the property multiple times to steal vehicles from inside the garage.
The unknown offender allegedly stole a black 2016 Ford Mustang from the driveway of a Ronald Crescent home about 1.20am on May 25.
Police were told the man gained entry to the home through an open door and allegedly stole house and car keys as well as garage remotes.
The same man then returned a few hours later and allegedly attempted to enter the garage using the stolen remotes about 3.15am.
But nothing else was taken and the man fled the scene in an SUV vehicle.
Investigations are ongoing into these incidences of aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated burglary.
Police have released CCTV footage of a man they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries and an image of the stolen car.
