Northern Health nurses want you to stay home

They’re on the frontline every day risking their own health to save lives, now Northern hospital’s nurses have banded together to call on people to stay home and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Nurses at Epping’s Northern hospital are pleading with residents to stay home as frustrated leaders across the country continue to find people breaching social distancing measures.

It comes after more confirmed cases of coronavirus were recorded in Whittlesea, with the tally hitting double figures as of Friday.

But Northern Health nurses urged people to stay home and stop the spread of the virus.

To share the message nurses created signs with messages such as

“Clean hands save lives”, “Please stay at home” and “Please look after each other”.
