A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in a suburban street in Melbourne’s north.

A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in a suburban street in Melbourne's north.

Paramedics were called to Frankel Rd Kalkallo about 12.10pm Friday after reports a man had been stabbed.

Police attended and a man in his 20s was taken to hospital with injuries.

“Investigators are yet to establish how or where the man obtained his injuries and the investigation is ongoing,” a Victoria Police spokesman said.
