A fire that broke out at a Diamond Creek property on Wednesday morning threatened a nearby childcare centre.
Diamond Creek CFA crews responded to reports of a shed fire on Diamond Creek Rd around 10.20am on May 3.
People at the neighbouring childcare centre took refuge before evacuating the property.
No one was injured in the incident.
Paramedics and police officers also attended the scene.
The incident was deemed under control just before 11am and declared safe at 12.30pm.
The cause of the fire is unknown and police have begun an investigation into the incident.
