Alpha Pro Wrestling returns for ten-year anniversary show
At its peak, Alpha Pro was king of the ring when it came to wrestling promotions in Melbourne, regularly selling out shows across the northern suburbs. Ten years after it’s final body slam, it’s back with a special reunion you won’t want to miss.

Alpha Pro Wrestling is back by popular demand for a special one-off show.
After closing its doors 10 years ago, the company returns to the ring at Glenroy Bowls Club for one night only.
Event organiser Graham London said he had been sad to shut up shop a decade ago due to work and family commitments.
But he said loyal fans had reminded him about the approaching anniversary, prompting the return.
The company used to run sell out events in Coolaroo and Tullamarine and was the number one wrestling brand at the time.
Mr London said work has been going on behind the scenes to get the special anniversary show ready for the past three months.
“Some of our wrestlers from 10 years ago will be back to delight our fans, along with a bunch of stars from some of the local wrestling promotions,” he said.

But he warned that people needed to act fast to avoid disappointment.
“This is a one off show, and we don’t want any of our wrestling fans to miss
out on this special night,” he said.
“If we can put a show like we used to then our fans will go home with some very special memories and money can’t buy that.”
The Aplha Pro Wrestling event is at the Glenroy Bowls Club on Saturday, October 12 at 7pm.
