A worker has suffered a suspected broken leg after he was run over by a grader near Melton on Wednesday afternoon.
Paramedics were called to the scene of a reported workplace accident on the corner of Coledale Dr and Leven Way in Weir Views about 1.50pm.
The man, in his 20s, was assessed for leg injuries before he was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition.
A WorkSafe spokesman confirmed they were aware of the incident and had tasked inspectors to visit the site.
It is understood a crew was undertaking site levelling work before the man was hit by the machinery.
