When lotto wins go bad

FOUR days ago a lucky person bought a winning TattsLotto ticket from a western suburbs lotto shop — but they still haven’t come forward to claim it.

The division one TattsLotto prize was drawn on September 15 and had 10 winners.

But one of the 10, who is entitled to $408,233.51, has not come forward.

The ticket was bought from Niddrie Central Lotto at Niddrie Central Shopping Centre in Essendon.

The winning numbers on Saturday September 15 were 3, 7, 15, 44, 45 and 1, and the supplementary numbers were 26 and 34.

Tatts spokeswoman Bronnie Spencer said the entry was not registered to a Tatts card, so the winner’s identity was a mystery.

“If you bought a ticket in Saturday’s Tattslotto, we urge you to check it now,” she said.

Niddrie Central Lotto store owner James Sutanto was thrilled to have sold another division one winning ticket.

“This is the fourth time one of our customers has won big,” he said.

“We’ve had lots of people coming into the store asking about the win and checking their tickets, but we haven’t found our winner yet.

“We hope they come forward soon.”
