Don’t lick and drive will be the message when Cold Rock debuts a new alcoholic ice cream range at a festival in Ascot Vale this weekend.
The ice creamery will be serving up the new range at an alcoholic gelato bar on February 1 at the Ascot Lot as part of an ice cream festival.
Each alcoholic ice cream concoction will be equivalent to one standard drink.
The range includes Baileys, espresso martini, strawberry lime cider and froze ice cream – a frozen Rose.
The delicious treats will come served up in mason jars and martini glasses garnished in premium toppings including whipped cream, waffles, fresh coffee beans, fresh fruit and more.
Cold Rock will join other well-loved ice cream brands including 196 Below, St Gerry’s, Sorborium: Sorbet Lab, Yo Get It and Mini Melts Australia at the festival.
The Ascot Lot’s own indoor and outdoor bars will also be serving up paddle pop, splice and other ice cream themed martinis all day and night.
If you don’t fancy ice cream as a main meal, Burrito Bae and Taste of Cyprus will also be dishing up mouth-watering savoury options.
There will be plenty of competitions and live music to keep you entertained including a dunking tank with the chance to win swim trunks.
