A pedestrian has been struck by a vehicle on a busy inner-city road.
Paramedics rushed to Victoria St near the intersection with Pearson St in Brunswick West after a pedestrian hit by a vehicle on Friday about 11am.
The pedestrian was rushed to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
