Man flown to hospital after single vehicle crash in Macedon Ranges

A man has been flown to hospital after it is believed he crashed into a drain in the Macedon Ranges.

A man has been flown to hospital after a single vehicle crash in the Macedon Ranges on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to reports of a car into a culvert in Tylden on Wednesday about 8pm.

It’s understood that a Grey Land Rover Discovery was travelling East along of Tylden-Woodened Rd when it drove off the road into a creek hitting the bottom of a culvert on Tylden-Woodened Rd.

The driver and sole occupant, a 50-year-old Trentham man was flown to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
