Coburg North Aldi set to open on May 29
Aldi’s has unveiled when its latest foray into Melbourne will open its doors. To celebrate, the supermarket giant offering exclusive deals and an all new look in the store.

The long awaited Aldi supermarket in Coburg North will officially open on May 29 and the German chain is promising exclusive deals for shoppers.
The site at 1009 Sydney Rd was confirmed as the home to Melbourne’s newest Aldi in July last year.
It will be the second store for the chain in Moreland following the Brunswick location.
A deal with Moreland Council to build a third in Glenroy fell through last year.
The store will launch with its own ‘special buys’ offer, which promises unique deals that aren’t available at any other Aldi.
Aldi’s Victorian managing director Andrew Starr said the new store would feature redesigned shelving, improved product displays and the chain’s trademark deals.

“While we’re delighted to be introducing these innovations, we want our customers to know they won’t lead to higher prices,” he said.
The store will employ up to 20 full and part-time permanent employees.
It will be open 8.30am to 8pm every day.
