Nathan Farha: Mildura thug jailed after threats to kill, violent tirade against magistrate

A Mildura thug said he would spit on a magistrate during a violent tirade before he was thrown behind bars.

A Mildura thug called a magistrate a “c***ksucking judge” and said he would spit on him during a violent tirade before he was jailed, a court has heard.

Nathan Farha, 31, pleaded guilty to breaching a community corrections order, threats to kill and driving while disqualified at Mildura’s Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Fahra was arrested on June 29 for breaching a court order.

When he called his father from the police station he said he was “gonna’ spit at the c***ksucking judge” and cut off his former partner’s head.

Farha was also charged with driving while disqualified and failing to stop when directed.

He was seen speeding along Hunter St on his motorcycle and fled when police attempted to stop him.

Farha had sold the same bike to his stepbrother for $10,000, pocketing $6500 but never handed over the keys.

Magistrate Coghlan told Farha he needed to sort himself out.

“All your options for treatment and rehab are there. No excuses this time,” he said.

Farha was sentenced to 45 days in prison, fined $500 and had his licence disqualified for 12 months.

He had already served 28 days in custody at the time of sentencing.
