Mildura man collapses and dies on busy Deakin Ave
Police have taped off a section of the footpath after a man died suddenly on a common Mildura thoroughfare.

A man has died after he collapsed on Deakin Ave, near Henderson Park.
The yet-to-be-identified man collapsed about 12.30pm Friday, with emergency services notified by a passer-by who witnessed the incident.
Traffic was brought to an almost standstill at the intersection near Thirteenth St as police attended the incident with the man’s body covered by white sheets as drivers ambled by.
Traffic flow has since returned to normal.
The cause of death is yet to be determined although police are not treating the death as suspicious and are preparing a report for the coroner.
