Mildura’s Serhat Ercan was fined for driving an e-scooter without a licence.

A Mildura dopehead was seen driving erratically through town on an e-scooter and was later busted with a stash of drugs.

Serhat Ercan was pulled over by police earlier this month and where they found his licence had been suspended, Mildura Magistrates’ Court was told.

Police also smelt cannabis and when they searched Ercan they found Viagra pills.

He was taken to Mildura police station where he tested positive for cannabis.

Ercan pleaded guilty to all charges including possession of drugs, driving under the influence, and driving while disqualified.

Magistrate Patrick Southey offered Ercan some amount of leniency due to his early plea of guilty but there was little he could do about the driving charges.

“I take into account your early plea of guilty, but I must disqualify you from driving for 12 months,” he said.

Ercan was given a $600 fine and disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months with a conviction.
