Mildura Fields Days returned this weekend, and the Mildura News was there capturing all the fun.

The event included music, wildlife demonstrations and even a hydrogen powered hairdresser.

The Saturday featured prizes and awards for the best fruit of the season as well as the opportunity to purchase delicious locally grown Mallee produce.

Also on Saturday attendees were able to enjoy Black Snake Productions’ educational showcase about wildlife conservation.

For the rev heads prizes were given away for the ute competition.

The competition showcased everything from the best Ford and Holden to more novel categories like Best Geriatric or Old Farts Ute for owners over 60.

The show took place Saturday from 10am to 3pm at the Mildura Racecourse.

More than 1000 people attended.
