About 300 people paid their respects to service men and women at Mildura’s Anzac Day Dawn Service.

A cold morning saw people rug up for the short service held in Henderson Park, followed by a breakfast at the Mildura RSL sub-branch on Monday

Young and old came out to honour those that have fought in conflicts both old and recent and remember those who never returned.

The service was described by attendees as a “fitting tribute to everyone involved in wars”.
