A man was rushed to hospital after falling from a quad bike near Horsham on Sunday night.
Paramedics were called to Carmichaels Road in Lower Norton about 8.40pm to reports a man had swerved and rolled a quad bike.
They assessed a man believed to be in his 30s for a head injury.
He was taken to Wimmera Health Care Group in a serious but stable condition.
