A charming and inviting pub in Victoria’s west is up for sale.

Known to locals as ‘The Patchie’, the Patchewollock Hotel is located in the heart of the Mallee.

The pub was originally built in the early 1900s and has since maintained the original Victorian architecture, with a facade that invites guest to sit down for pint.

The hotel has seven rooms inside that real estate agent Brett Driscoll called “comfortable and stylish”.
Mr Driscoll said while the rooms had been modernised, they had also maintained most of the original architecture.

“The current tenants have done some work to give it all the modern fixing, but they have also maintained a lot of that Victorian style architecture,” he said.

The current manager of the pub and hotel has been there since 2017 and are hoping to stay on when the pub comes under new ownership.

“The current tenants have a lease in until 2027 and they have expressed interest in staying longer,” he said.

The rooms come in a number of sizes and styles to suit all nature of guests, including standard rooms, to larger deluxe rooms and suites.

There is also space for up to ten caravans on powered campsites in the 0.3ha property.

The property is currently listed for offers between $295,000 and $324,500.
