A well-known Mildura winery owner has been accused of inappropriate behaviour towards a woman, with one alleged incident happening near a public toilet.

A prominent Mildura winery owner has been accused of stalking a woman, with the alleged instance occurring near a public toilet on Lime Ave.
Graeme McDougall, 72, owner of McDougall Wines on Eleventh St and Ginquam Ave was arrested and police confirmed he was expectced to be charged on summons.
A social media post on Sunday alleged that Mr McDougall approached a woman on Lime Ave, asking her, “Have you had dinner?” and “Do you want to come home with me tonight?”
After she reportedly rejected his advances, the post claimed Mr McDougall allegedly exited his car and approached her again.
In response to the claims, Mr McDougall issued a statement on social media and to the Herald Sun, expressing regret for his alleged actions.
“I am sorry about what (I) said. My decision was very wrong. I hope she’s okay. Sorry,” Mr McDougall said.
A police spokeswoman confirmed a 72-year-old man was arrested in connection with an alleged incident on Lime Ave.
“The incident occurred on Lime Ave about 5pm and the woman was not injured. A 72-year-old Mildura man was arrested on Sunday and interviewed. He is expected to be charged on summons at a later date,” a police spokeswoman said.
