Here is a list of activities in Mildura to help fill in the last few weeks of holidays with something on offer for everyone.
What: The beach has been bought to Mildura. Get your toes sandy, build some sandcastles or even play some totem tennis. The perfect place to meet with friends and let the kids have some beachy fun.

Gaming Day Comp at Flo Connect
What: Head along to this event to play a range of video games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bro, Minecraft and virtual reality games. There will be prizes up for grabs.

Streets of Your Town: Print Making Workshop
What: Kids and adults can create a linocut print of Mildura. After the linocuts have been carved, inked, and printed, the aim is to bring together everyone’s ideas and create a larger work that represents all the ideas, people, places, and feelings of what makes Mildura home.

Shooting in the Dark with Tom Blachford
What: Tom Blachford is a Melboune based photographer who photographs architecture around the world at midnight. A Mildura Arts Centre facilitator will guide teens to learn techniques for composing a photograph and transforming an image from day to night using their smart phone.

Enjoy the Mildura riverfront with plenty of space to run, relax and play. Also surrounded by many cafes to grab a drink or something to eat.
Home to the only inland lifesaving club, with walking tracks, a sandbar, swimming spots, public toilets and nearby Caravan Park.

Located at 1 King Avenue Mildura, Tenpin bowling is the perfect family activity. With airconditioning, stay cool while you play a round of bowling or enjoy the arcade games. Open from 9am everyday except Sundays (open from 10am). Head to their website to book.
With rides twice daily patrons can enjoy an informative and comprehensive live commentary of the river and its history and its surrounding fauna and flora. Passengers can see the fireman, fire the boiler and enjoy the massive gears of the paddlewheels. The cruise also passes through lock 11 where passengers can experience how the lock works. Located on Orange Avenue in Mildura Mildura Fun Centre offers a themed 18 hole Putt Putt Golf Course, dodgem cars, laughing clowns, air hockey, pool table and arcade games. Open from 10am until 10pm every day.
There’s nothing like cooling off in the pool on a hot day. Bound to keep kids occupied for hours the Mildura Waves Swimming pool is a great place to spend one of the last days of school holidays. Open 6am until 9pm Monday to Thursday, 6am until 7pm Friday and 8am until 8pm on the weekends.
