A disgusting video of condoms in a toilet at a prestigious Hawthorn private school has surfaced online, in a disturbing Snapchat trend of students filming daily life on campus.
Students from schools across Melbourne have be seen filming teachers, underage students, urinals overflowing, locker room antics and even private teacher meetings on campus.
Among the videos on popular social media app Snapchat, Elite private boys’ school Scotch College students’ videos include condoms in toilets, another flashing $100 bills in their wallet, through the app’s controversial map feature.
In the video posted at the Scotch College Hawthorn campus this week several condoms, wrappers and cigarettes can be seen in a toilet cubicle.
Increasingly teenagers at schools are using little-known map feature, which shows a users current location, to create a daily feed showing what is happening on any given day.
The location sharing function called SnapMap which allows real time potting of uploads so friends or other users can see where they are and what they are doing.
Everyday across Melbourne prominent highschools including Scotch College appear on SnapMaps as hundreds of students upload classroom antics for all to see.

Last year the school came underfire for the handling of an incident where a student shared naked pictures of a girl and showed them to his mates.
The girl he claimed was in the photos is 16 and in year 11 at another leading private school.
She has always insisted the photos were not of her and told the Sunday Herald Sun the incident showed the college culture lacks respect for women.
Earlier this month the Snap Map feature was used to gatecrash a party where a young girl was sexually assaulted.
It is believed the group used the Snapchat tool to find party locations in “wealthy” suburbs of Melbourne.
Victoria Police Communications Manager Natalie Webster said using location identifiers on social media can pose a risk and online settings should be changed.
“When communicating, including location check ins on social media forums, people need to ensure privacy setting are in place.” she said.
“People need to ask themselves, if they know who has access to the information they are posting and would they be happy to share that information with everyone?”
Scotch College has been contacted for comment.
