ILSA FOGG
Ilsa Fogg has recently starred alongside some of Australia’s biggest screen names.
After graduating from Greentree Acting School and Brave Studios, Fogg found herself as the young lead in Blueback, based on the book by Australian icon Tim Winton and directed by Robert Connolly. Playing the lead role of Abby, Fogg’s on-screen co-stars were none other than Broadmeadows’ Eric Bana and Rhada Mitchell.
EZRA JUSTIN
Ezra Justin has had a busy 12 months after landing multiple roles across the screen and stage. Justin featured in the ABC and Netflix show InBESTigators as well as the Harry Potter stage show, and most recently found himself on the set of the Australian cult classic Neighbours. He played 13-year-old teenager Emmett Donaldson in the soap opera and shapes as one to watch.
ANNABELLA LOCOCO
The young star recently signed with Marquee Management which houses some of Australia’s best creative stars across the screen and audio.
Melbourne-based Lococo spent most of her training at Greentree Acting School and Brave Studios before being picked up as one to watch in the future by Marquee. There she will rub shoulders with some talented actors including Kerry Armstrong (Prisoner and The Wrong Girl), John Waters (All Saints and Offspring) and Rachel Taylor (McLeod’s Daughters and Jessica Jones).
STACY CLAUSEN
Stacy Clausen is another actor on the rise after landing a role in Netflix film True Spirit and ABC production Fires. Fires was a major role for Clausen and it aired in September 2021.
BENJAMIN NAUGHTEN
Hailing from the Greentree Acting School and Brave Studios, Naughten has recently taken a major step in his career.
Naughten signed with Catherine Poulton Management to take his acting career to the professional level.
JOANNE YUVARAJ
Another Melbourne actor on the rise is Joanne Yuvaraj, who has broken through for her first major role.
Yuvaraj landed a new role on the Australian TV series Human Error. On set, she’ll mix it with two big names in Australian acting, Leeanne Walsman (Wentworth and Janet King) and Stephen Peacocke.
Yuvaraj joins Annabella Lococo as a recent addition to Marquee Management.
ELAINE KING
Elaine King is another one from the Screen Actors Australia pipeline and will be gracing Australian screens shortly.
King stars in Turn Up The Volume, a Matchbox Pictures and Film Camp production which is filmed in Melbourne.
The lead role is King’s first major part as a group of teenage girls and gender-diverse people meet at a music camp in Melbourne’s inner-west.
ASMARA FEIK
Asmara Feik has to be one of the hardest-working young actors on the Australian scene at the moment.
She was part of Tim Minchin’s Australian comedy-drama Upright in season two as Billie, which captured audiences from Australia to the US and the UK. Feik has also taken credits in Netflix’s Surviving Summer and her feature film debut The True History of the Kelly Gang.
GRIFFIN MURRAY-JOHNSTON
Despite his young age, Griffin Murray-Johnston has already made his debut in a major feature which was packed with some A-list Australian names.
Murray-Johnston shared the screen with Academy Award nominees Naomi Watts, Jacki Weaver and Andrew Lincoln in Penguin Bloom. The story focused on an injured baby magpie named Penguin and featured on Netflix.
YARED SCOTT
Yared Scott has made an award-winning start to his acting career.
He starred in All These Creatures — directed by Charles Scott — which was showcased in Australian and International film festivals. The movie was in the Cannes Film Festival’s short film competition in 2018. Scott won best young actor at the 2019 St Kilda Film Festival for his role in the film.
