One of Australia’s most senior bikie bosses has appeared in court, facing charges of alleged drug possession and an alleged breach of bail conditions.
Hells Angels bikie boss Luke Moloney disputed all the alleged charges against him when he appeared via video link at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, November 3.
Currently in custody, the 42-year-old Reservoir man disputed the alleged possession of a drug of dependence and breach of his bail conditions.
Moloney’s lawyer, Thea Milides, said the matters had been “unable to be resolved”.
“We would like to progress these matters to a contest mention, as both bail offence charges are in dispute,” she said.
The Reservoir man has contested his status as a prohibited person, and the possession of the drugs in question.
Moloney will be back in Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on December 6, and was remanded until then.
