Gregory Randell, Ricardo Quatrini and Anthony Deacon are wanted by police

An alleged Dandenong thief and a Frankston man who refused to give an oral sample after allegedly driving under the influence are among the people police want to speak to.

Gregory Randell, 37, has nine warrants out for his arrest.

Randell is wanted by police for alleged charges of theft, dealing with proceeds of crime and for allegedly driving while unlicensed.

He is known to frequent the Dandenong area.

Randell is described as 175cm, with a thin build and a fair complexion.

He was last seen in Dandenong.

Police want to speak to Ricardo Quatrini over a number of matters, including allegedly driving a car while exceeding the prescribed concentration of drugs, refusing to provide an oral fluid sample and driving while suspended.

Quatrini, 54, is known to frequent the Frankston area, and is currently facing 13 warrants for his arrest.

He is 175cm, with a solid build and olive complexion.

Quatrini was last seen in Frankston.

ANTHONY DEACON

Anthony Deacon has six warrants out for his arrest.

Deacon is wanted by police after allegedly breaching a community corrections order, intentionally causing injury and driving while his licence was disqualified.

Deacon is also facing alleged theft charges.

He is known to frequent the Chelsea and Mornington areas, and was last seen in Chelsea.

Deacon is 40, has a fair complexion and is 185cm. He is described as having a medium build.
