Led by a dominant performance from Priya Bowering around the stoppage, the Tasmania Devils secured back-to-back wins on the road with a dominant win over the Knights.
The Devils kicked six majors and seven behinds on their way to a 6.7-43 to 2.5-17 victory at Highgate Recreation Reserve.

The win has all but ended the finals hopes of the winless Knights this season who will need to go back to basics on the training paddock this week ahead of a long road trip to the high-flying Murray Bushrangers next weekend.
The Devils will enjoy a long recovery after their success with the bye next weekend before they host the Calder Cannons in Round 7 on Saturday, March 5.
Knights hunt for return to form
The Northern Knights will be desperately seeking its maiden win of the 2022 NAB League Girls season on Saturday when they host the ferocious Tasmania Devils.
In a match exclusively streamed by the News Corp, the Knights and the Devils will meet at Highgate Reserve in Craigieburn. It is a game that could all but end the Knights chance of a finals berth with the side sitting winless after four rounds in the 10 round fixture.
The Knights will be hoping for a much improved performance after last week’s 51 point drubbing at the hands of the Eastern Ranges in which the Knights only mustered one goal for the match.
Looking to end the Knights chance of a finals berth is a young and energetic Devils side who on the back of immense tackle pressure have clawed their way to two victories from its first four games to sit fifth on the ladder with only percentage keeping them out of the top four.
Up and coming Devils forward Georgia Clark, 16, said despite the Knights struggles the Devils would not be taking them lightly as they looked to make it two wins on the trot after their 28 point win over the Pioneers on Sunday.
“You can never underestimate any team you come up against so we’ll go out with a mindset to give it our all and play our style for four quarters,” Clark said.
“We won’t worry about them not having won a game yet and we’ll play as if we are playing the best team in the comp and also being another away game in Melbourne it’s another challenge that we are really looking forward to. “
The young centre half forward played a key role in the Devils win over the Pioneers last week with the year 11 student proving a handful in the air to clock six marks and continually drive the ball deep on her way to a best on ground display.
Clark, who is in just her second year with the Devils, said she was just thrilled to help her side get the victory.
“It’s a privilege to get that acknowledgment for the game but footy is all about the team so I couldn’t play well without everyone else playing their role.
REVEALED: The Herald Sun’s NAB League girls team of the week
“I’m just excited that we got the win and hopefully we can continue as there’s so many debutants this year and there’s a great buzz around the team at the moment.”
Clark said the keys to taking down the Knights would be continuing their ferocious tackling pressure and continuing to take the game on with brave ball movement.
The sides will clash at Highgate Recreation Reserve at 12pm Saturday with the game to be streamed online exclusively by News Corp.
