They say coaching can be a lonely job.
But there will be plenty of support in the room when MPNFL senior coaches gather at Linen House in Seaford on Monday night.
It’s a chance for coaches to catch up after a hectic start to the 2021 season.
They will also hear from former Brisbane Lions coach and Richmond assistant Justin Leppitsch, who will offer tips on game plan strategies and building relationships.
Pines coach Paddy Swayn said coaches will benefit from the meeting.
“It’s really good,’’ Swayn said.
“All we’re trying to do is make the coaches in the region better and make our league stronger.’’
Coaches will meet at 6pm for a quick chat — “a bit fo networking’’ — before hearing from Leppitsch at 6.30pm.

“So it’s good to catch up with each other, not after a game, not with sponsors there or supporters, just have all the coaches there and say, ‘how are you going, mate’.’’
