A TEENAGE toker who smashed windows and bashed walls after smoking synthetic cannabis has been hit with a good behaviour bond.
The Patterson Lakes 18-year-old twice lost his head after consuming fake cannabis, hurling abuse at his mother and busting up her house.
Dylan Osman pleaded guilty to criminal damage and court order breach charges at Frankston Magistrates’ Court this week.

The court heard Osman’s mother called police at around 12.45pm on April 20 this year after seeing her son high on the phony supply.
He had damaged a wall, leaving a big hole in it, and had argued with her over his drug use before police came and arrested him for breaching a court order imposed in February.
Then, two days later at around 10.20pm on April 22, his mum again called cops to complain about her son behaving badly.
This time he was outside their house ranting when he picked up a rock and tossed it through a window.
Osman’s defence lawyer Rafael Aviles said the synthetic drug “did all sorts of things to him”.
“He was going through a bad patch at the time,” Mr Aviles said.
“He got in with a wrong group of associates and started using drugs to escape reality, and synthetic marijuana was his drug of choice.”
The smashed window and hole in the wall have now been fixed up, he said.
Magistrate Dominic Lennon said it was “outrageous behaviour” but a lack of prior crimes and the fact he had already sought rehabilitation for drug use were factors in his favour.
“You have some anger management issues that played a role in this offending,” he said.
He was placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond and must undergo a men’s behaviour program.
No conviction was recorded.
